General Information

Business Shipments Only – Due to customs issues, parcels can only be sent to registered business addresses and must be for commercial purposes. You cannot send private shipments to business addresses. Documents can be sent to any address. You will be billed for the return of your package if your parcel is sent to a residential address or private individual.

Restrictions on the shipment of Foodstuffs: Important restrictions apply to the shipment of foodstuffs to Russia. Neither TNT or UPS are able to handle these products. Products arriving with UPS must be returned immediately at the shipper’s expense. DHL cannot ship perishable goods to Russia and any other foodstuffs/pet food must be accompanied with Phyto-Sanitary Certificate/ Veterinary Certificate from the origin country and a Quality Certificate or Declaration about Quality by Russian authorized bodies is required from the consignee. Import quarantine permission is required from the Consignee. Please see the carrier-specific links below for further guidance.

Limited Service: Deliveries are not available to all areas of Russia. To confirm service availability to your delivery address we recommend you contact us via email customerservices@gcexpress.co.uk.

Important: Value Restrictions: Shipments sent with UPS to Moscow (including postcodes 140000-144012 in Moscow Oblast), Nizhniy Novgorod, Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, Stavropol, St. Petersburg (including Leningrad oblast), Khabarovsk, and Vladivostok can have a maximum value limit of US $50,000 per package. For all other destinations in Russia, service is limited to documents and low value packages (maximum of 200 Euros – including freight – per shipment).If the value exceeds this amount the shipment will be returned from Russia, incurring high additional return costs.
