General Information

All personal effects shipments sent to New Zealand must have a Unaccompanied Baggage Declaration, and a copy of the receivers passport must accompany the shipment and any other relevant visas. Clearance delays are common.

Personal effects sent with DHL may be subject to additional charges in New Zealand that must be paid by the receiver. MAF fee of $ 20.00 USD and a DHL administration fee of $ 150.00 NZD plus 12.5%.
